Export and Import Price Indices (XMPI) for June 2016

The overall export price index during the second quarter of 2016 increased by 0.9 percent to 128.8 compared to the level recorded in the preceding quarter.
The rise was mainly due to an increase in prices of precious stone, fish and cotton.
When compared to the similar quarter of 2015 the export price index increased by 8.8 percent
