The 2015 Tanzania Demographic and Health Survey & Malaria Indicator Survey (2015 TDHS/MIS)

The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) and the Office of Chief Government Statistician - Zanzibar in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare are currently preparing to conduct the 2015 Tanzania Demographic and Health Survey & Malaria Indicator Survey (2015 TDHS/MIS). The survey is designed to collect high-quality data on fertility levels and preferences; family planning use; reproductive, child and maternal health; nutritional status of young children and women; childhood mortality levels; ownership and use of mosquito bednets; prevalence and treatment of childhood illness; and maternal mortality.
