2. You will need an account with TNADA to get access to data downloads. If you don't have one please Register yourself for it 

3. The personal account created will need to be verified and activated and you will receive a response through the email. 

4. After getting a verification email, You will be ready to go. Just login using your account then click GET MICRODATA Icon to download the datasets
